Bill Wheeler is a watercolourist working in landscape imagery. He has been impressed with the results achievable with Innova fine art papers.
Bill lives in the old market town of Pontypridd in South Wales. He works in a representational manner producing watercolour paintings depicting scenes throughout Wales and the UK. Bill is a regular contributor to 'The Leisure painter'. Bill's specialities are landscapes, snowscapes, riverscapes and industrialscapes.
